Orders & Fulfilment

Ready Collection:

Products marked as Ready Collection are available for immediate dispatch. Once you place your order, we usually ship within 7–10 working days, subject to stock availability.

Custom-Made Orders:

Items that are made-to-order, customised, or specially crafted will take 10–12 working days for production before shipping. Exact timelines may vary slightly based on the nature of the garment and design.

Combined Orders: If your order includes both ready and custom pieces, we may ship them together once the entire order is complete, unless otherwise requested.

How do I track my order?

COMO Designers Collective is a multi-brand designer store carrying a combination of Ready-to-Ship and Made-to-Order pieces with varying production times depending on a number of factors. Dispatch times will vary depending on the product and size chosen. Estimated ship time can be seen on all product pages once you select your size. Ready-to-ship items will be marked with a ‘ready to ship’ flag on the product image and page. After placing your order, you will receive an Order Summary e-mail with details of the delivery times. Once shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation e-mail with a tracking number and link. You can track your order by using the tracking number on the shipping agency’s website or by simply clicking the link. You can also follow the progress in your COMO Designers Collective account under ‘My Orders’.

• Shipping Charges

For all deliveries within India, we offer FREE SHIPPING on all full priced products. There is a flat shipping fee of INR 300 on orders with discounted products and Cash on Delivery orders

• Can I pick-up my order from the store?

You can collect your order from a convenient COMO Designers Collective store located near you; simply select ‘pick up from store’ at the time of checkout to view your options. We will confirm when your package is ready for collection.

Cash on Delivery Orders: Cash on delivery is available for orders up to Rs. 50,000 within India, subject to the pin code being in a serviceable area. You will get the option to opt for COD once the shipping address is entered in the checkout page. For all cash on delivery orders, a 35% advance payment is taken for security purposes. Once the item is ready for delivery, we can only hold it for a week. In case you are unable to receive it during that time, we may require you to pay the full amount in order for us to continue to hold the item for you.

NOTE: In the event the COD order is not accepted or rejected on delivery, the 35% advance payment is not refundable or adjustable against any future purchases.

Cancellations:

• We offer a full refund on all cancellations made within 24 hours. As your purchase will be prepared quickly for dispatch/production, we allow cancellations only within 24 hours of placing the order. To cancel your order please write to us at hello@comocollective.com or contact us on +91 8999 388 154 with your order details. Our Customer Care executive will get in touch with you to understand the reason for cancellation and will also confirm the cancellation for you.
• COMO Designers Collective reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion within 48 hours of receipt. In this case, the full amount paid against the order will be refunded to the customer.
• We provide a full refund for cancellations made within 24 hours of purchase.
• Restocking Fee for Made-to-Order Cancellations: Made-to-order items are custom-crafted to meet specific client specifications, and as such, are subject to a restocking fee if cancelled after production completion. The client acknowledges that this fee offsets costs associated with the customization and preparation of these exclusive couture items. By placing a made-to-order request, the client consents to this policy and waives any right to dispute the fee.

Returns & Exchanges: Please refer to our Returns & Exchange Policy for clear details on eligible returns, exchanges, and timelines. To raise a return or exchange request, email us at hello@comocollective.com within 7 days of delivery.

Taxes & Duties:

• If the country of shipment is within India, all prices shown are inclusive of taxes.
• Overseas orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means product prices displayed are EXCLUSIVE of all taxes and duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
• Please note : COMO Designers Collective is unable to advise the duty amount as it varies from country to country. The order amount at the checkout excludes duties, taxes and carrier brokerage fees. These will be assessed upon delivery by the postal carrier and must be paid by the recipient in order to receive the parcel.
• For international deliveries, any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes incurred are the responsibility of the consignee. COMO Designers Collective India is not liable to reimburse these charges. Our courier partner will contact the customer once the shipment reaches the destination country, and it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all applicable fees are paid in a timely manner to avoid any delays or issues with delivery.

Products & Pricings:

Products

• Extra charges will apply for rush orders or urgent requests, based on the designer’s discretion. The same is applicable for custom orders. Kindly note that the surcharges are quoted by the designers and are beyond our control.
• Prices are subject to change solely at our discretion. In any case, we will not be able to honor old prices for any given category.
• Please note that we do not follow Google’s live currency conversion rates due to daily fluctuations. Instead, we apply fixed exchange rates that are reviewed and updated every 7 to 10 days to maintain consistency.
• Any changes to discounts, whether during or after the sale, will not apply to past or future purchases.

Discounted Products

• We DO NOT accept any returns or exchanges on the discounted products.
• Cancellation for orders is accepted within 24 hours of placing the order.
• COMO Designers Collective India reserves the right at our discretion to discontinue, suspend or amend the offer and these Terms & Conditions at any time without any notice.

Pricing & Payments: All prices are listed in INR and include applicable taxes. Payments can be made securely through our approved payment gateways. COMO Collective reserves the right to update pricing and product details without prior notice.

Disclaimer on Merchandise: COMO Designers Collective hereby disclaims any guarantees of exactness as to the finish or appearance of the product/merchandise as ordered by you. COMO Designers Collective’s merchandise incorporates unique placements, hand done techniques and hand dyed fabric which may cause slight variations from piece to piece. In addition, the graphical display i.e. visuals of the products/merchandise will be dependent upon the configuration (brightness, pixelation, colours) of your computer, tablet or phone. While the core pattern and design will remain consistent with website images, the client acknowledges that minor variations in placement or colors and detailing are inherent to hand made products and do not constitute grounds for complaint, refund, or exchange. By purchasing COMO Designers Collective’s merchandise, the client agrees to this condition.

Post-Delivery Alterations: Any alterations requested after the delivery of an item will be subject to additional charges, including transit and customs duties (for international orders). These fees are the sole responsibility of the client and must be paid in full before any alterations are processed. By accepting delivery of the order, the client agrees to bear these costs should they request alterations post-delivery

Customer Orders:

• Custom sizes and customizations: You can enter your custom size details on the product page before placing an order. For further size details and color options please contact our Customer Service at +91-8999 388 154 or hello@comocollective.com
• Alterations: A complimentary basic alteration service is available on full priced garments only, within 3 months of purchase. Other alterations are available upon reviewing the item but may incur a charge. All alterations will be chargeable for sale items and garments after 3 months of purchase. • Repair: COMO Designers Collective offers a range of repair services on clothing and accessories if the product is repairable. Not all repairs are possible however but we will endeavor to fulfill your request. Please note some repairs may be chargeable.
• Customisation may also incur additional charges.
• Extra charges will apply for rush orders or urgent requests, based on the designer’s discretion. The same is applicable for custom orders. Kindly note that the surcharges are quoted by the designers and are beyond our control.

Discounts & Offers:

First Purchase Discount

• Applies to first time orders with no minimum spend.
• Not applicable on purchases made as guest users. Please register or login to avail the discount.
• Applicable on cart value for a maximum discount of INR 2500.
• Non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative will be offered.
• COMO Designers Collective India reserves the right at our discretion to discontinue, suspend or amend the offer and these Terms & Conditions at any time without any notice.

• No promotional discount codes, such as COMO10, are applicable to rush orders or early delivery requests

Other Promotional offers

• Promo codes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative offered for the same.
• Discounted products cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Promo codes are available for one time use only and cannot be combined with any other promotion, discount, offer, code or coupon.
• COMO Designers Collective India reserves the right at our discretion to discontinue, suspend or amend the offer and these Terms & Conditions at any time without any notice.
• Orders placed on discounted items are subject to availability.

Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Goa courts.
