Returns & Exchanges
At COMO Collective, we want you to love what you wear — but we understand sometimes things don’t work out. Here’s how our Cancellations, Exchanges, Returns, Refunds & COD work:
a. Cash on Delivery Orders
Cash on delivery is available for orders up to Rs. 50,000 within India, subject to the pin code being in a serviceable area. You will get the option to opt for COD once the shipping address is entered in the checkout page. For all cash on delivery orders, a 35% advance payment is taken for security purposes. Once the item is ready for delivery, we can only hold it for a week. In case you are unable to receive it during that time, we may require you to pay the full amount in order for us to continue to hold the item for you.
NOTE: In the event the COD order is not accepted or rejected on delivery, the 35% advance payment is not refundable or adjustable against any future purchases.
b. Cancellations
- We offer a full refund on all cancellations made within 24 hours. As your purchase will be prepared quickly for dispatch/production, we allow cancellations only within 24 hours of placing the order. To cancel your order please write to us at hello@comocollective.com or contact us on +91 8999 388 154 with your order details. Our Customer Care executive will get in touch with you to understand the reason for cancellation and will also confirm the cancellation for you.
- COMO Designers Collective reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion within 48 hours of receipt. In this case, the full amount paid against the order will be refunded to the customer.
- We provide a full refund for cancellations made within 24 hours of purchase.
- Restocking Fee for Made-to-Order Cancellations: Made-to-order items are custom-crafted to meet specific client specifications, and as such, are subject to a restocking fee if cancelled after production completion. The client acknowledges that this fee offsets costs associated with the customization and preparation of these exclusive couture items. By placing a made-to-order request, the client consents to this policy and waives any right to dispute the fee.
c. Exchanges
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for Made-to-Order or Ready-to-Ship full-priced products once delivery is completed. If you have any questions or issues after delivery, please write to us within 48 hours of receiving your order at hello@comocollective.com or contact us at +91 8999 388 154 with your order details and any questions or concerns.
- No Exchanges or Refunds for Made-to-Order Standard Sizes : COMO Designers Collective maintains a strict no-exchange and no-refund policy for standard-size items ordered on a made-to-order basis, including instances where the item does not align with personal expectations. Clients are strongly advised to ensure all selections meet their requirements prior to placing an order by speaking to the customer service agent if necessary. By proceeding with a made-to-order standard size purchase, the client agrees to these terms without any exceptions.
- All returns costs will be borne by the customer. Products should be sent back to us in their original packaging within 48 hours of receipt. The item(s) should be returned unworn and in perfect condition, with all COMO Designers Collective and designer tags still attached. Where provided, any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags should be included in your return. Footwear should be returned unmarked and in their original and undamaged packaging.
- For international orders please write to us at hello@comocollective.com or contact us on +91 8999 388 154 within 48 hours so we can arrange for a pick-up. All returns costs will be borne by the customer.
- Once we receive the return in our warehouse, the product will go through a stringent quality check process before we update and approve the exchange. Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels may not be accepted.
- Briefs, swimming costumes , bikini bottoms will not be eligible for return, exchange or cancellation.
- We DO NOT accept any returns or exchanges on discounted products.
- Any product exchanged once will not be eligible for further exchange.
- We do not accept any returns or exchanges on jewellery products.
d. Exchange Policy for International Orders
- We do not accept any returns or exchanges on jewellery products.
- The data/product(s) made available through the Website may include inaccuracies or typographical errors including but not limited to the description of the product(s), the availability of product(s) or the pricing of the product(s). These inaccuracies or discrepancies may go unnoticed until after you have placed the order. If we discover a mispricing, we will do one of the following:
– If the actual price of the product(s) is lower than the price mentioned or listed on the Website, COMO Designers Collective will charge the lower amount and ship you the product(s). In such cases, COMO Designers Collective will refund the excess amount charged. In cases where the product(s) are sold on the Website but payment terms are ‘Cash on Delivery’ then COMO Designers Collective will charge you the actual i.e. lower amount.
– If the actual price of the product(s) is higher than the price mentioned or listed on the Website then unless the product(s) has already been dispatched, COMO Designers Collective shall at its sole discretion inform you by e-mail/call/letter/text about the correct price and seek instructions from you as to whether you would like to cancel your order or pay the balance amount. If you select to cancel the order, COMO Designers Collective shall refund the payment made by you. However if you elect to pay the differential amount, COMO Designers Collective shall process your order.
