Returns & Exchanges
At COMO Collective, we want you to love what you wear — but we understand sometimes things don’t work out. Here’s how our returns and exchanges work:
Returns:
We accept returns on unused, unworn, unwashed items with original tags intact. Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery. Items must be shipped back in the original packaging.
Exchanges:
If you’d like to exchange your item for a different size or style, please email us — we’ll do our best to help, subject to availability. Exchanges are only possible for the same product category and price range.
What’s Not Returnable:
Items bought on sale or discounted promotions are not eligible for return or exchange. Personalised or custom orders cannot be returned.
How to Raise a Return or Exchange:
Simply write to us: orders@comocollective.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange.
Our team will guide you through the next steps and share the return address details.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed as store credits,
