Orders & Fulfilment
Ready Collection:
Products marked as Ready Collection are available for immediate dispatch. Once you place your order, we usually ship within 7–10 working days, subject to stock availability.
Custom-Made Orders:
Items that are made-to-order, customised, or specially crafted will take 10–12 working days for production before shipping. Exact timelines may vary slightly based on the nature of the garment and design.
Combined Orders: If your order includes both ready and custom pieces, we may ship them together once the entire order is complete, unless otherwise requested.
Shipping & Delivery: We ship Pan-India through trusted delivery partners. Delivery timelines may vary based on your location and local conditions. Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout.
Cancellations: Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after 24 hours. For custom-made pieces, no cancellations will be accepted once production has started.
Returns & Exchanges: Please refer to our Returns & Exchange Policy for clear details on eligible returns, exchanges, and timelines. To raise a return or exchange request, email us at orders@comocollective.com within 7 days of delivery.
Pricing & Payments : All prices are listed in INR and include applicable taxes. Payments can be made securely through our approved payment gateways. COMO Collective reserves the right to update pricing and product details without prior notice.
Intellectual Property: All content on this site — including images, product designs, text, and graphics — is the exclusive property of COMO Designers’ Collective.
Reproduction or use of any content without permission is strictly prohibited.
Privacy & Data: By placing an order, you agree to share basic personal details needed for processing your purchase. We respect your privacy — your data is safe with us and used only to fulfil your order and improve our services.
Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Goa courts.
